Punarnawa takes care of your product till the time it is delivered to you. We hold no responsibility if the product is accepted or signed by unauthorized receiver. If parcel arrived seal broken, damaged or tampered then accept the parcel only by writing on the manifesto of the delivery boy regarding the tampering of the package. Do not open the package until the insurer inspects the tampering. This will help us verify the claim and issue the refund; failing to do so will not entertain any refund. At the time of booking we offer you options for Insured booking and non-insured booking. If parcel is lost in transit for the insured shipment we offer you full refund. If lost under non-insured category we will not issue you a refund. Kindly note our shipments is by world best companies and with no single case of loss and damage till date.

We ship through Industry’s best-registered courier companies for orders within India as well as international orders.
International orders: delivered within 7-14 business days (It might take longer depending on the nature of your order, for details you may speak to our customer care before placing the order.)
Domestic orders: delivered within 6-14 business days. (It might take longer depending on the nature of your order, for details you may speak to our customer care before placing the order.)
Pre-orders: delivery time will be with in 30-90 days.

Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.
Shipping is free for domestic orders above 10,000 INR.
Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order, and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items, which are levied at the time of port entry, and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice by the shipping agent.
